- One-way travel charged for travel between appointments, and return travel charged for last appointment of the day, with travel capped at 30 minutes each way (as per NDIS guidelines).

- Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan – Medicare item 10958 

Children with complex needs whose condition is one that has been present for 6 months or longer may be eligible for rebates on 5 Occupational Therapy sessions per calendar year. To access the CDM Plan, complete a referral with your GP and bring it to your OT appointment. 

Medicare rebates can be claimed directly through Creating Abilities.

- Private Health Insurance

Occupational Therapy services are included under ‘Extra’s cover’ in your Private health insurance. Please contact your own private health fund to find out if you will receive a rebate.
